Gretchen joins us from the higher education sector. She is passionate about developing student leaders and has over a decade of dedicated experience in leadership, service, and community building.
 
Gretchen has been a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. since Spring 2008 and the Junior League Association for five years. Gretchen serves on the training committee for the Junior League and has completed the Young Leaders Council Spring 24 JLN Cohort. She is looking forward to her new appointment of working alongside the Boys and Girls Club of Rutherford Co. and serving as a Board Member intern for the 2024-2025 year.
 
In her free time, she enjoys watching her boys play sports.
